1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ba888 platform, accessible at ba888.io, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support services provided thereon ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by ba888 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with ba888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ba888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances associated with fraudulently created duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ba888 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ba888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard online gaming industry practice. You may be asked, at any time, to provide copies of:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ba888 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 30 minutes for verified accounts during business operating hours (09:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity on the following business day. ba888 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

ba888 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practically possible. This means withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible (for example, if the payment method account has been closed), ba888 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered in the Player's name following successful KYC review.

4.5 Currency

All ba888 account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba888 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players depositing via international card methods (where applicable) may incur conversion fees imposed by their card issuer, over which ba888 has no control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ba888 offers new players a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms of the active promotion at the time of registration. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and contribution percentages are set out in each individual promotion's terms.

• Bets placed on games excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward rollover requirements.
• If a Player withdraws funds before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ba888 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that the Player has attempted to exploit bonus terms through irregular betting patterns.

5.3 Promotional Modifications

ba888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted into a promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirements at the time of modification will be entitled to complete the promotion under its original terms, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. ba888 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards where it reasonably suspects that a Player is attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts or the use of shared network addresses.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

• Using the ba888 platform for any money laundering, fraudulent financial transaction, or any other illegal financial activity
• Sharing login credentials with other individuals or allowing third parties to operate your account

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or extract any part of the ba888 software or game content

Where ba888 determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, withhold and confiscate any funds held in the account pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba888 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or incorporated into any other work without ba888's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

ba888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba888 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Privacy & Data Use

ba888's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the ba888 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments, Governing Law & Disputes

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ba888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ba888 with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
